I think the effect of (2) is useful when you want to deal with your opponent's monsters that are resistant to destruction during your turn
Since only the cheapest creature, or creatures, are actually allowed in, this creates a weird race to the bottom
Finally, the GY effect is a slightly worse version than Promenades, being a triggered effect and only attaching itself with the same restriction of only getting one effect or the other, but its better than nothing I suppose
Among the protagonists you will find: Monkey D
He is also in the colors (Selesnya) that love tokens and include cards like Dictate of Heliod and populate that will help his going wide as well as green for ramping with his land loving ability
Some of them are equipped with the ability to turn people into cards and they all appear to have the ability to use the ARC System outside of an Action Duel
